Genpact CEO Pramod Bhasin bids goodbye

Pramod Bhasin, chief of Genpact, is all set to exit very soon. This news may be one of the biggest scoops of recent times in the BPO Industry. It is made even more important since the industry is going through one its worst times now. The successor has already moved in to Gurgaon with his family and has chosen the confines of the magnificent DLF Golf Course as his abode.

His home happens to be a stone’s throw away from the Genpact office in DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon.

We have been sworn to secrecy not to disclose the name of the replacement but shall be doing so very soon.

Needless to mention, most people we spoke to at Genpact did not confirm or deny it. Which leaves us to believe that the news is true. When the company formally breaks the news we’ll tell you “we told you so”.
