Aegis: 2 senior managers promoted

Aegis BPO has 39,000 employees based in 42 delivery centers and looking after 135 clients.  Head quartered in Mumbai,  Aegis has call centres in India, Philippines, US, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Australia, Kenya and South Africa. Aegis, ranked eighth by NASSCOM among the top BPO exporters in India, is experiencing a growth spurt in a number of its centres.

Aegis has promoted Rajeev Bose to Vice President Operations in charge of India, Philippines and Australia.  Rajeev was a VP with Airtel and stayed with them for five and half years before joining Aegis.  His previous work experience included Modi Xerox and American Express.  Mr. Bose will be reporting to Aegis COO International Operations, Mr. Rajiv Ahuja, who currently looks after these 3 countries.

The other key promotion is AVP Operations, Arvind Sharma , being moved up to Vice President Collections at Aegis Collect, Gurgaon.  Arvind has 11 years industry experience of which 7 years have been with Aegis.  His previous work experience in the industry includes a stint at IBM Daksh.  Arvind is a qualified Six Sigma Green Belt and also has  COPC certification.  Arvind will be reporting to Rajeev Bose.
