Teleperformance: SanDisk incentives

SanDisk started operations in 1988 and has since become one of the world’s largest suppliers of flash memory data storage products.  SanDisk has annual revenue of 4 Billion dollars and employs 3,500 people world wide. Established in 1978, Teleperformance is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world.  It has about 100,000 employees and revenue of 1,800 million pounds last year.

SanDisk has hired Teleperformance to look after its BPO operations.

A Tipster at SanDisk told Techgoss that they were so happy with their Teleperformance Support Team in North India that each member of the team was given a T-Shirt, Diary and Pen.

SanDisk has also introduced a new Incentive Scheme for its hard working support team at Teleperformance.  SanDisk will select the best call handled by a Teleperformance Agent and gift him/her US $50.  The second best call handler of the month gets $30 and the third best gets $25.
