Exevo: Two managers exit
By Annie

New York head quartered Exevo is a leading research outsourcing firm with a huge base in India. Early 2010, it started operations in Beijing as well. Exevo describes its niche as providing comprehensive survey programming, data analytics and business research services to Market Research and consulting organizations globally.  Is clients are in US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Founded in 2002, Exevo has offices in London and New York and delivery centres in New Delhi and Beijing, China.  It is a 30 percent employee owned company.

On July 27, Techgoss had exclusively reported on how Exevo was ramping up staff in India as business is booming.  But Exevo has suffered a setback with the resignations of two key managers. At least one of the managers left because they were tasked with additional responsibilities apart from handling projects.

Project Manager Parul Daange handed some of the most critical projects like ‘Online Gaming Study’ at Exevo. Apart from her role in primary research, she was recently tasked with looking after other projects.

Another project manager who resigned was Manish Bisht. Manish looked after projects and also coordinated with clients.  He was with Exevo for about 4-5 years.

Each manager is now looking after 4-5 projects at the same time.  Not surprisingly, there is a heavy workload on many of the teams.

Our Tipster tells us that Exevo is aggressively recruiting more managers.

Exevo: Pay hike for 100 new staff

A Tipster contacted Techgoss to tell us about the phenomenal growth that India’s biggest MRO firm Exevo is experiencing at its offices in New Delhi, India.  More than 100 Research Associates have been hired in the last month or so, each on a starting salary of between Rs. 2 and Rs. 3 Lakhs depending on their skill sets.

Exevo has also hired a new senior Manager, Amitabh Malhotra, who has been tasked with looking after their clients. Amitabh joined in June 2010, after being with Copal Partners for nearly 4 years. Exevo is a subsidiary unit of Copal partners.

The Techgoss Tipster also tells us that the Primary Research section has been divided into two sub sections. One section is completely dedicated to IT related research while the second is tasked with all other research like consumer related products, healthcare etc.
