Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. Mumbai registered but Bangalore head quartered HGSL employs 16,000 people worldwide.

A long time employee at HGSL (previously known as HTMT) tells Techgoss that they have just lost their General Manager, Operations who had been with the company for about 6 years. Benjamin Franklin was based out of Hyderabad and was responsible for client relations, operations and transitions as well as setting up of various centers by Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. earlier known as and still commonly referred to as HTMT.

Benjamin had joined HTMT Hyderabad in August of 2004 and continued till August 2010. With a career spanning 6 years at HTMT, he was responsible for the set up and operations initially for the Durgapur site in West Bengal set up by Hinduja Global to cater to telecom clients.

Benjamin is a great communicator and had excellent working relationships with his clients especially with Airtel AP Circle and Vodafone in AP.

His exit surely is going to be a loss to Hinduja Global Solutions.
