Intelenet: Capt Gill marches out

An Intelenet insider rang Techgoss to tell us about how Intelenet (Domestic)’s turnover of qualified managers was nothing new, but now it has lost one of its key players. Captain Ripudaman Gill who was head HR for Intelenet Global Services, Mohali & Gurgaon locations, has moved to head an MNC's Human Resources in New Delhi.

An officer of the Indian Army by training from the Officer's Training Academy, Capt Gill had been with Intelenet since June 2007 at their Gurgaon location and then later when Mohali came up for the domestic telecom business which handles Vodafone customer care and other businesses at Gurgaon (International).

Capt Gill was instrumental in setting up the Mohali center's human resources department to cater to a large unit for domestic customer care operations. He has now moved onto head a MNC's human resources at Delhi.

Captain Gill is keeping mum about his next assignment.  There is much speculation within Intelenet about where he has joined.
