MPA: 3 Indian nominees

The Mobile Premier Awards (MPA) describes itself as ‘the largest open and global startup competition in the mobile industry. Participation to these awards is free and open to any startup with a mobile angle’.  49 startups have made it to the penultimate round from which 20 finalists will be short listed to pitch their idea at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on Feb 15, 2010

The nominees were chosen by participating MobileMonday chapters from over 250 participating startups.

The year’s MPA best in Mobile Startup innovation Nominees include three Indian companies – mobiSiteGalore (Chennai),  Umundo (Mumbai) and  Voicetap Technologies (New Delhi)

The finalists chosen to the Innovation Awards will be announced on January 25, 2010.
