Syntel stalling graduates

Over the last 6 months, Techgoss has done a number of exclusive reports about what is really happening inside BPO Syntel.  In September, 2009, Techgoss had exclusively reported on the exit of the Syntel Global HR Head. This week, the Syntel BPO President and CEO Keshav Murugesh left to join WNS.

Now a young tipster emailed Techgoss about how Syntel has been stalling a number of graduates whom it promised to bring on board ASAP.  The Tipster emailed us

Hi, I have read your article on why the CEO of Syntel quit.  I would like to add one more thing on how Syntel ditches employees. Syntel has recruited a number of graduates during campus recruitment in India and it has not given joining dates to them. When contacted they will say "we are in the process of finalising your dates and will send you an email". A mail which never reaches our inbox. There are over 1000 graduates who are waiting for joining dates from Syntel. This company ditched all of them. Please bring this into limelight.
