Syntel: Has GM Madan Kore quit? By Sandhya
Over the last 15 months, Techgoss had published a series of exclusive reports giving details of all that was happening inside the BPO, KPO and IT divisions of one of India’s most successful IT-ITES companies Syntel. One report showed how that in the recent past Syntel BPO was overly reliant on couple of key clients. Also, reported were the exits of the CEO and key HR people.
Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced. People send in tips, story ideas and even articles. Many of our contributors have full times jobs in IT-ITES, and so prefer using a pseudonym.
We love our Tipsters as they tell us what is really happening on the ground. A Tipster wrote in to Techgoss on Jan 20, 2011
“ Syntel GM and Head of KPO Operations for State Street, Madan Kore, has put in his papers. His resignation was announced to the rank and file yesterday.
Before joining Syntel, Madan Kore was Assistant General Manager at eServe International Ltd, AGM at Citigroup and Manager Credit at UTI Bank Ltd.
Madan was educated at Nagpur and has been with Syntel for 4 years “
Know more why Madan really left? Bigger bucks or better designation? Or someone in Syntel who was driving him mad? If you know why he really left Syntel, send us a detailed Tip.
