Exevo loses its top HR person By Annie
New York head quartered Exevo is a leading research outsourcing firm with a huge base in India. Early 2010, it started operations in Beijing as well. Exevo describes its niche as providing comprehensive survey programming, data analytics and business research services to Market Research and consulting organizations globally. Is clients are in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Founded in 2002, Exevo has offices in London and New York and delivery centres in New Delhi and Beijing, China. It is a 30 percent employee owned company.
Exevo India is on a roll these days. In a previous article, Techgoss had exclusively reported on how most of its staff was given salary raises in 2010. But there was more! A Tipster contacted Techgoss to tell us about how Exevo gave everyone a 12 day paid Christmas break. Because their clients overseas would be taking a break, the Exevo management decided to generously send most of their Indian staff on paid leave.
A Tipster tells Techgoss that Exevo’s parent company Copal Partners has moved one of its key players, Anjali Magu, to Exevo to head its HR and Operations.
Soon after Anjali Magu took up her new role at Exevo, the current HR boss Sumit Saluja put in his papers. Sumit was the go to guy for all matters HR and he played a pivotal role in the successes of Exevo in India.
Sumit Saluja was designated as the Senior Manager, HR at Exevo India Ltd. In reality, he ran the entire HR for the organization for the last 4 years. In the past, Sumit was Senior Trainer at Travelport ISO as well as Lead Trainer at HCL BPO. He started his career at GECIS.
