The Adobe Process at TP’s highly skilled workers produce great results every month, and in turn, the performers get great monthly incentives.
A Tipster rang Techgoss on Jan 21, 2011 saying that one of the Techies at the Adobe Process at Teleperformance, Gurgaon had been sacked on Jan 20, 2011 for ostensibly having a ‘casual attitude’ to work. But our Tipster told us that the sacked techie was actually caught with soft drugs and a cover of ‘casual attitude’ was used to terminate his services. When we first published the article on Jan 21, we only had basic details of the sacking.
Techgoss now has an update. Mr. Kapoor* is the techie who was sacked on Jan 20. According to sources within TP, he did have a history of coming late from breaks, not reporting for work on time and sometimes even been casual about work calls.
According to reliable sources, he was found was drugs on the floor of the office. His Team Manager caught him red handed, and after consulting senior managers, he was terminated. Mr. Kapoor had been issued a final warning letter two weeks prior to his sacking
*At the request of our Tipster we are suppressing the first name of the employee.
