Ltd which is also known as 3.  3 Global Services is based in Mumbai and Pune and on its site says its BPO employs 8500 youngsters in the 18-30 age groups.  These 3 Global Services BPO’s cater to clients in UK, Australia and Ireland.

Often, Techgoss gets tips about wonderful managers, salaries, perks and working conditions in some Indian IT and BPO companies.

But it seems that some sections of 3 Global Services are extraordinarily generous with its hard working Agents.  The 3 Global Services ‘Retention and Sales Teams’ at their offices in Pune comprises of about 300 Advisors.  Apart from getting the best salary packages in the industry, these Advisors and Agents get incentives of up to 50 percent of their total salary.  Monthly awards like Play Stations and expensive mobile phones are given to the best performing teams.  Cell phone companies like Nokia, Sony and Samsung regularly hold campaigns to increase their sales and the best ‘performer of the day’ is given top of the range cell phones.  If such daily prizes were not enough, the top ten advisors get a trip abroad every quarter.  These perks are over and above the standard Indian BPO perks like transport and food.
