“ The cool, capable and popular Head of External Reconciliation, Ashok Yadav, may be getting the 3 year itch. I have learnt from very reliable sources that his CV has been forwarded to some companies as well as senior executives he has worked with in the past and trusts.
Ashok Yadav has over 17 years experience in BPO Operations, Finance, Accounting and Auditing. He has been with Syntel for just over 2.5 years. His designation is Head - Reconciliation and Retiree Services Syntel and is tasked with ‘working on processes in Custodian / Investment Banking and Hedge Fund Accounting. Managing teams across Mumbai and Pune.’
Before joining Syntel, he was Vice President (Finance Controller) at WNS which was preceded by being Asst. Vice President - Operations (BPO) WNS.
Before WNS, Ashok Yadav had worked with Deloitte & Touche and Emirates Airline. In the last 2 roles, he spent between 1-3 years each in the two organizations. “
