Over the last 18 months, Techgoss had published a series of exclusive reports giving details of all that was happening inside the BPO, KPO and IT divisions of one of India’s most successful IT-ITES companies Syntel. Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced. People send in tips, story ideas and even articles. Many of our contributors have full times jobs in IT-ITES, and so prefer using a pseudonym. A well informed Syntel Tipster tells us
“ The current Head of Transaction Processing vertical at Syntel Mumbai, Subodh Aggarwal, who joined only in Nov, 2010, to relieve Syntel State Street JV boss, Komal Aggarwal, has been moved to the Projects and Innovation Team .Alfred Fernandes, who currently heads Allegro, is stepping in as the Head of Transaction Processing.
There has been an issue of rising claims in the last nine months. It has been a challenging period for the Transaction Processing vertical as on an average there were about 2-3 Claims Per month. This rise in claims has affected promotions, revenue as well as future prospects of the team. Many are hoping that Alfred, who has vast experience in transaction processing, will steady the ship “
