“ Finally, the Adobe Process management at TP has decided to promote a few more people. This was overdue because many people have been waiting for more than a year to move up the ladder.
The highly regarded Ms Puneet Kang, who has been with the Company for 3 years, has been promoted to Asst. Manager- Quality Sandisk Process. Ms. Kang’s husband Mr. Rajan Chadha was promoted as her Manager in the past. Even though both of them are solid professionals (having being with the Adobe Quality Team for last 2 years) the general consensus is that Ms. Kang is a notch better and should have been promoted before her husband.
And Internal Job Posting are now advertising the profiles of Asst Business Manager as the process guy Mr. Singhal is now no longer with Teleperformance. Despite requests to stay back, Mr. Singhal, who was with the company for 2-3 years, decided to move on in search of a better opportunities.
The long awaited vacancies for Subject Matter Experts are now out, and many Agents who were due to move up are now heaving a sign of relief. Agents like Ms. Singh, Mr. Ahmad, Mr. Singh and Mr. Sharma are now expecting to get promoted either as SME of the Queue or as a Quality Analyst. Let’s see that who wins the battle to become a SME “
