Promotions at Teleperformance

Teleperformance (TP) is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world.  It has about 100,000 employees and revenue of 2058 mill pounds last year. Established in 1978, its core business spans the full spectrum of CRM/BPO contact center solutions. Teleperformance has a large global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets.

Teleperformance India supports a number of clients including Adobe, San Disk, Alliance One, Telus and Microsoft.

Your website Techgoss had exclusively reported how the AT&T Process was being moved from Teleperformance Philippines to Teleperformance (TP) Gurgaon, India.  All going well,  this could mean a 1000 plus Process at TP Gurgaon.

Not only is AT&T coming to India at Teleperformance Gurgaon,  Santa Claus has brought many gifts in the form of promotions for its hard working managers.  According to talk around the water cooler some of these highly regarded managers refused offers of 50 percent salary hikes by other companies to stay back at Teleperformance.

The big daddy of Adobe Process, Mr. Jeeveshu Ahluwalia, who was Director, Operations has been moved to AT&T at the same level.  And one of the strongest pillars of the Adobe Process, Senior Manager, Operations, Mr. Manish Pareekh, has replaced him. Mr. Pareekh has been with the organization for the last 7 Years and his patient wait to get promoted is now over.  There is also good news for the highly regarded Mr. Manupal Singh who has been promoted to Senior Manager Operations and Mr. Ankur Ahuja who moves up to Manager Operations. 

Management has also decided to move Honey Pundir as Asst. Business Manager for AT&T and Sumit Gupta will be the only Team Leader as of now. Mr. Ahluwalia and Mr. Pundir will soon be flying to Philippines to get trained on the new AT&T process.
