“ Your website has exclusively reported that in Dec, 2011, the Adobe Process at Teleperformance India recorded one of its highest attrition rates in recent years with as many as 34 Agents resigning from the 180 seater process.
I have an update for your readers
The client Adobe has made major changes to their own Team which co-ordinates with Teleperformance to manage their Adobe Process in Gurgaon, India. These Adobe executives, based either in USA or in their Noida Office, were handling the Technical Response Team and Tier 2 at BPO Teleperformance.
Ed Hutton and Joanne Davis, who were handling the Acrobat Response Team, are no longer doing these roles. Both were considered to be the pillars of the Adobe Acrobat Queue but now they are no longer associated with the Process. Ed was on a contract and so his exit was not unexpected, but Joanne was a full time employee who played a very important role in the growth of this Line of Business.
The same has happened with Scott Valentine and Scott Worthington who were handling the Print Queue and WebQueue.
These Adobe employees were the interface with BPO Teleperformance who managed their Process. In that sense it is the biggest shakeup in the interface between the two organizations “
