Sacked employee creates ruckus at Technopark By Pulkit Sharma
On Sept 22, Techgoss had exclusively reported on how a senior Business Consultant Mr. Das had sent an email to the Technopark CEO in which he threatened to use the “the four pillars of the constitution to make an enquiry on my resignation and the unlawful activities by Technopark authorities.” Technopark is a key tech hub in India.
As detailed in the article below, Sajith Das was a Business Consultant with a Software Testing and Quality Assurance firm in Technopark, Kerala who was pressurized to leave after he sent emails to the HR of about 150 companies in Technopark in an attempt to form some kind of association of small and medium companies operating in Technopark. Mr. Das walked before he could be pushed.
Sajith had even booked a time slot at the Trivandrum Press Club for a press conference, but he cancelled it the same morning. No one is sure why he backed away as he had told friends at Technopark that he would be ‘revealing the entire truth’ to the media.
After a gap of some time, Sajith Das went to the Park Centre on November 12 and created a big ruckus at the Park Centre after he gained access there on the pretext of meeting the Technopark CEO. Sajith is alleged to have introduced himself to the security as the CEO of a company in Technopark. Since there are about 170 companies in the Technopark Campus and it’s not practically possible for the security to know every CEO or to cross check someone who introduces himself as a CEO of a company, he was let in. Once inside, heated exchanges lead to a big brawl in the office. According to a person in the office, he allegedly threatened and abused the people there including a lady administrative officer. It was some time before the security personnel could come and show him the door.
Meanwhile, Techgoss has information that in the last couple of months, Sajith has been sending complaints to the Chief Minister (who also head the IT portfolio), Chief Secretary and other senior government officials. He has also registered several complaints in various police stations against a number of officials of Technopark. Mr Das has turned out to be a pain in the wrong place for the TechnoPark. Officials say a lot of time goes in sending out clarifications about the complaints lodged against them. But what is surprising in the whole sequence of events is why the Technopark is not taking any counter action against him?

Technopark dispute update By Pulkit Sharma
On Sept 22, techgoss had exclusively reported on how a senior Business Consultant Mr. X* had sent an email to the Technopark CEO in which he threatened to use the “the four pillars of the constitution to make an enquiry on my resignation and the unlawful activities by Technopark authorities.”
As detailed in the article below, Mr. X* was a Business Consultant with a Software Testing and Quality Assurance firm in Technopark, Kerala who was pressurized to leave after he sent emails to the HR of about 150 companies in Technopark in an attempt to form some kind of association of small and medium companies operating in Technopark. Mr. X walked before he could be pushed.
A Techgoss tipster gives us an update on this human interest story. Mr. X had booked a time slot at 11 am, Saturday at the Trivandrum Press Club for a press conference, but he cancelled it the same morning. No one is sure why he backed away as he had told friends at Technopark that he would be ‘revealing the entire truth’ to the media. Meanwhile, the Technopark Office is keeping a low profile on this dispute with Mr. X.
Techgoss will keep you posted on any future developments.

Sacked worker threatens Technopark CEO By Pulkit Sharma
Technopark is among the most important tech hubs in India. Spread over 300 acres, it has more than 17000 tech and associated workers. The Kerala tech industry is one of the great success stories of India. Techgoss had learnt that an employee of an IT Company in Technopark who was asked to resign following integrity issues has threatened the Technopark CEO.
Mr. X* was working as a Business Consultant of a small firm in Technopark Campus, Trivandrum, which is into Software Testing and Quality Assurance work. Mr. X* had used his official mail id to send mails to the HR of about 150 companies in Technopark on the pretext of taking some group insurance and medical benefits. His plan was to make some kind of an association of all employees of Small and Medium Technopark companies in Technopark. On complaints from several companies, the CEO and other senior officials of Technopark and his company, had meetings with him where he was told to stop these activities. The company also threatened action against him for misusing the official mail id. Later, Mr. X put in his papers.
Now Mr. X has sent a mail to the Technopark CEO and other officials in which he threatens to expose the CEO. Techgoss has a copy of the email. (Unedited)

The old saying "you get what you pay for"
Now that I am on my way out of xxxx I would like to know how you are going to put pressure over me. When xxxx asked me to call off my plan to form an organisation for both the employer and employees in small and medium companies in Technopark, I refused it immediately without a second thought. Xxxx asked me to send a mail to you informing you of my willingness to call off my initiative. At that point, I realised the fact, that it was you who played from behind the curtain. Xxxx tried their best to put pressure over me but I got the better of them by moving my resignation. Your plan to isolate me by inserting pressure on Xxxx is now foiled. This one is a clear example on how you take care of small companies and their employees in Technopark.
I am not a technical staff in Xxxx but a business consultant. They need me more than I need them. The financial crisis that is looming over the IT industry has already started to take their share from Xxxx. So far, Xxxx is the major causality. I work as business consultant for few companies in and outside Technopark. I will continue my work from there. I am interested to see how you are going to put pressure on those companies.
My only intention was to avail corporate group medical insurance for all those people who were kept away from such a facility. However, having a selfish and egoistic mind you did not find the positive aspect in it.
On Thursday CEO of Technopark conveyed to me that he is sitting there to take care of the welfare of medium and small companies and their employees in Technopark. Now I realise that it was a fake and insincere comment. What else I can expect from bureaucrats like you?
You do not know how much information I carry on the wrongdoing of you people and you do not know to what extend I will go to fight against injustice. Legislature, executive, judiciary and media, the four pillars of democracy are available in our country for the public to fight against illness of the society. Technopark is not a private organisation; it belongs to the government i.e. public. If you people think that you can go ahead at your own will then you are wrong.
You may please move forward with your influence, power and cheap bureaucratic tricks. I will move forward with whatever I have let us make out who is going to gain and who is going to loss. I think we will begin our confrontation with media and judiciary. Let us see how we score. This is a confrontation between you and the entire 'minnows' of IT community. I am receiving lot of support from several companies from, in and outside Technopark. I requested moral and financial support from these companies and they accepted it straight away. Now I recognize how much you people are hated by the IT community. With the support of companies and individuals, I will fight for justice.
There is a long list with me. Your role in my resignation, the unlawful activities in Technopark office etc. I will approach all the four pillars of the constitution to make an enquiry on my resignation and the unlawful activities by Technopark authorities.
JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL
Regards, “
