Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced. People send in tips, story ideas and even articles. Many of our contributors have full times jobs in IT-ITES, and so prefer using a pseudonym. A well informed TP Tipster tells us
“ Hi, Mr. Ram is one of the most popular Senior Assistant Managers at the Adobe Process at Teleperformance, Gurgaon. On Sunday, March 27, 2011, Mr. Ram was in a three wheeler auto which was zooming at 60 kilometers per hour. It took a sharp turn and the driver lost control, and the auto turned upside down.
Our colleague, along with the driver, was injured. Ram received injuries on both hands, legs, shoulders as well as scratches on his face. His right hand is plastered, and according to the doctor, he will recover in 4 weeks.
But he turned up at work (pictured above). Guess who deserves an additional bonus for customer service beyond the call of duty? “
