Savita Bhabhi request to Google
By Bala Shah

It was the year 2009 and Indian men on the internet had never seen anything like the phenomenon of Porn cartoon character and sex addict Savita Bhabhi who titillated them in every way possible. They liked her so much that millions logged on every month making the Savita Bhabhi website among the top 50 in India.  When some Indian ISP blocked Savita, many rushed to defend her.

In 2009,  Techgoss had even offered a No Questions asked reward of Rs. 25,000 who could tell us more about the secrets of the stunningly successful Savita Bhabhi

Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced.  People send in tips, photos, story ideas and even articles. Many of our contributors have full times jobs in IT - ITES, and so prefer using a pseudonym.  A Savita Bhabhi Fan and Indian Techie (who has asked us not to publish his name) working in USA wrote in

Porn cartoon Savita Bhabhi divided the Indian online world.  And that was not surprising considered her liberated personal lifestyle which antagonized many middle class Indians.  But men,  especially young men in Indian metropolitan cities, loved her lifestyle.  Smooching your brother in law in the morning,  having a quick romp with her neighbor in the afternoon and groping the door to door salesmen were all in a days work for Savita Bhabhi.  She was the fantasy of a liberated Indian woman of many a young man in India.

But Savita Bhabhi is also a business which does not like others ‘pirating’ her ideas and images.

US-based The Chilling Effects Clearinghouse collects and analyzes legal complaints about online activity, helping net users to know their rights and understand the law.  The aim of this exercise is to stop unwarranted legal threats.  Chilling Effects is supported by EFF, Harvard, Berkeley, Stanford and other elite institutes. Chilling Effects is a powerful moral voice in USA.

UK based Kiastrina Technologies Limited, which owns Savita Bhabhi,  has spent a lot of time issuing Cease and Desist and Legal Notices to many on the internet who take liberties with Savita Bhabhi’s copyright sanctity.

Chilling Effects website,  which publishes many legal threats made online,  had more than 20 Legal Notices issued by the Savita Bhabhi Team to Google in the last 2 months to stop indexing its pirated material.  This would ensure that any Google Search would block out pirated images, ideas and comics of the real Savita Bhabhi.  These 20 Notices are the ones sent to Google in two months – June and July, 2012.  There may be many more to other Search Engines and websites.

You can read the Legal Letters sent by Savita Bhabhi and published at Chilling Effects at this link.  (Screen dump above)

I wonder if Savita Bhabhi the cartoon will ever have a strip (cartoon strip) about Savita meeting such online pirates!
