Farewell at Syntel

Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced.  People send in tips, story ideas and even articles.  Based on anon Tips, Techgoss had published snippets early this month speculating that Ashok Yadav would be moving to FA as well as who would replace him.  Quite separately, on Jan 28, 2011, a regular Techgoss Tipster exclusively told our readers about the resignation of Syntel GM and Head of KPO Operations for State Street, Madan Kore.

We love our Tipster! Today, a Tipster tells us about what happened at Mr. Kore’s farewell at Syntel Pune.

Mr. Madan Kore was accorded a warm and heart felt send off on Friday which was his last day. It was a very emotional day for many as they have had very pleasant memories working with Mr. Kore. We could see GM Rajesh Gupta singing "Abhi Na Jao Chod Ke, Ke Dil Abhi Bhara Nahi".  What was noted was Ashok Yadav’s absence from the podium. He was seen prior to the start of the farewell program, and as soon as the program started, he was not there. Sanjay Garg is the new Centre head for Syntel Pune and was previously with stock Holding.  While Ashok is now a GM, there is slightly lesser workload as IMS West is now looked after independently by Neeraj Rokade
