FB Boss leads at Google By Techgirl
At the end of June, I had written about Google launching its new beta invitation only social networking site Google Plus, and how a glitch allowed the special invitees to pass on invitations to as many as 500 friends in 20 minutes.
On July 1, 2011, it was revealed that even rival and Facebook (FB) founder Mark Zuckerberg has signed on to Google Plus. What is interesting is the contrast between Mark Zuckerberg’s photos in his own site Facebook and those on his rival Google Plus. In his own site, he is smiling, at Google Plus, he has a frown.
Now Socialstatistics has revealed that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is the most popular person on rival Google’s social networking site Google Plus. Mark Zuckerberg has more followers on Google Plus than the two Google co-founders - Larry and Sergey – combined.
Incidentally, you can also register at Socialstatistics and see how you rank on this popularity list.
