Star Bollywood Designer Ashley Rebello, the designer behind the new avatar of Salman Khan in ‘Ready’, ‘Dabangg’ & ‘Big Boss - Season 4’ launched the new INIFD Design Pad in the presence of Mr. Sanjay Saraswat, INIFD Regional Director, Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad on Sunday.
The Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) is one of the pioneers in the world to completely digitize education with the launch of the latest innovation INIFD Design Pad - a first of its kind initiative. INIFD Design Pad will be used by thousands of students across 180 INIFD centres.
After the resounding success of Ashley’s Designs in ‘Ready’, ‘Dabangg’ & ‘Big Boss - season 4’, Ashley has designed for the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Bodyguard’ staring Salman Khan & Kareena Kapoor. He has also designed Costumes for Bollywood hit films like Double Dhamaal, Wanted, Welcome, London Dreams, Main aur Mrs. Khanna, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Page 3, Kambhakht Ishq, Shabad, Dil Mange More, Karam, Kya Kool Hai Hum, Meenakshi, Jo Jeeta Vahi Sikander, Chandani Bar, Biwi No. 1, Haseena Maan Jayegi, Sarfarosh, Hera Pheri and many more.
INIFD Design Pad is a fully customised device for INIFD which is completely made to order and designed both internally and externally as per the brand INIFD colours, logo, graphics etc. The entire curriculum and development of apps in the INIFD Design Pad has been customized keeping in view its very specific requirements. It is being introduced to all students of Fashion, Interior, Textile Design & MBA Design Management with effect from 2011 academic session.
