3 BPO gives huge hikes and bonuses

Ltd which is also known as 3.  3 Global Services is based in Mumbai and Pune and on its site says its BPO employs 8500 young men and women in the 18-30 age groups.  Its BPO’s cater to clients in UK, Australia and Ireland.

Often, Techgoss gets tips about wonderful managers, salaries, perks and working conditions in some Indian IT and BPO companies.  By most accounts, 3 Global Services (aka 3) has set very high standards for the BPO industry in Pune and Mumbai.  Pune-based 3 offers the best salary packages, the best fringe benefits and most of all a very healthy and progressive work atmosphere built in a span of 3 short years of business.

Now, there is even more good news for the hard working 3 Global Services workers.  A Tipster rang Techgoss to say the recent Agent appraisals went very well.  All employees were given a form to rate themselves and compare their past and present performances. Once the Agent had marked themselves, he/she sat with their immediate Manager for a one-to-one to discuss performance and if improvement plans were needed.

The average increase at 3 Global Services was around 13 percent even as top performers earned salary hikes of more than 22 percent. Also, the incentive payout every quarter will be around 45 percent of the complete monthly salary for average performers while the best performers may get as much as 80 percent of the monthly salary. The best performers of the last 6 months are awarded and recognized in a biannual program.

The average Agent salary ranges between Rs  18,000 – Rs. 30,000/month.  The top Team Leaders are paid as much as Rs. 6.5 Lakhs and Managers around Rs. 10 Lakhs.  Only Agents get a quarterly incentive.  Everyone else gets their incentive payments once a year.

The bonus for quarter ending March will come with the paychecks for the month of June
