Syntel IJP forecast

Over the last 20 months, Techgoss had published a series of exclusive reports giving details of all that was happening inside the BPO, KPO and IT divisions of one of India’s most successful IT-ITES companies Syntel.  One report showed how that in the recent past Syntel BPO was overly reliant on couple of key clients. Also, reported were the exits of the CEO and key HR people.

Filling a position within an organization from existing employees involves preparing resumes, short listing, selecting interview panel and interview process.  And the time and energies of many people.

But what if the result could be forecasted?  Would it involve lesser use of time and energies?

Recently, on Oct 4, 2011, HR advertised an Internal Job Posting ( IJP) for Executive 3 Designation for the Fund Accounting Pune process. An essential qualification - Only those with an US Visa can apply.

There are many Syntel workers who have a valid US Visa and who may or may not apply for this job within the organization.  The last date to submit application sis Oct 6, 2011.

But most believe that Raj*** Bah***  has already been told he will be going to America.
