If you needed more proof of the super power status of the Indian tech sector, check out the just concluded India Hiring Fairs held in New Jersey and California which were pitched at recruiting people from America to work in India.

The India Hiring Fair, New Jersey was held on Nov 5 – 6, 2011.

The next one at the San Jose Convention Center & Cultural Facilities was held on Nov 12 – 13.

Among the many companies participating and hiring for their Indian Offices were Flipkart, Accenture, McAfee, Infotech, Jindal Steel & Power, UST Global, Tata Motors, Capgemini etc.

What are the jobs that Flipkart has that it needs to reach out to the American job seekers to fill positions in India? Flipkart is looking for Director, Engineering, Software Development Engineers, Automation Engineer / Lead and Engineering Manager – Platform.
