Over the last 20 months, Techgoss had published a series of exclusive reports giving details of all that was happening inside the BPO, KPO and IT divisions of one of India’s most successful IT-ITES companies Syntel. One report showed how that in the recent past Syntel BPO was overly reliant on couple of key clients. Also, reported were the exits of the CEO and key HR people.

If all goes to plan, this venture, in which he will have substantial equity, will effectively double his Syntel compensation “
According to Mushtaque Aalam’s LinkedIn profile, he has 13 years experience in HR with previous senior management roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Convergys. According to his profile, he has hired 80,000 Full Time Employees in the last 4 years
