TP: Third Microsoft anniversary

Teleperformance (TP) is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world.  It has about 100,000 employees and revenue of 1,800 mill pounds last year. Established in 1978, its core business spans the full spectrum of CRM/BPO contact center solutions. Teleperformance has a large global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets.

Teleperformance supports a number of clients including Adobe, SanDisk, Alliance One, Telus and Microsoft.  Teleperformance (TP) completed a three year relationship with Microsoft on August 27, 2010.  As this was an important milestone, it was celebrated with sweets, savories, gifts and some dance.  At their TP Gurgaon Offices, the Process Head cut a huge cake and a slice was given to each Process employee supporting Microsoft.  Microsoft T-shirts and pens were also gifted to everyone.  The top performers were also given Appreciation Certificates, trophies and gifts like movie tickets, laptop bags and watches.  There was also a dance get-together.
