Teleperformance (TP) is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world. It has about 100,000 employees and revenue of 1,800 mill pounds last year. Established in 1978, its core business spans the full spectrum of CRM/BPO contact center solutions. Teleperformance has a large global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets.
Teleperformance supports a number of clients including Adobe, SanDisk, Alliance One, Telus and Microsoft.
A Tipster who works at the Telus Process at Teleperformance (TP) contacted Techgoss to praise their extremely generous incentive schemes. The 100 plus strong Telus team enjoys the best incentives offered at TP. Telus is an outbound sales process and incentives range from 3 to 5 multiples of their salary. According to water cooler talk many Agents in the Telus team earn more than managers in the Adobe and Scandisk process. Many Telus employees get an additional Rs. 30,000 as ‘incentive’ every month with the star performers raking in bonuses ranging between Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 every month. Naturally, this is in addition to their normal salary.
The Alliance One process also offers huge incentive payments to its TP Team. This process, which has about 120 employees, is tasked with getting back loan amounts which have not been paid and have been pending for a long time. Many in this team earn an additional incentive payment of Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month. Some top performers can also earn as much as Rs. 50,000 in a month.
The incentives of these teams overshadow what is on offer in other TP processes.
