Initially, Teleperformance (TP) Gurgaon will launch the AT&T Process with about 30 members and headed by 1 Business Manager. All going well, this Process could grow to 1500 full time employees by mid-2012.
Earlier, AT&T has outsourced this Process to Teleperformance in Manila, Philippines but after some customer complaints have decided to move it to India. Indian employees will travel to Philippines to understand the intricacies of this AT&T Process.
This Process may go live in Jan, 2012 and will slowly ramp up “
