Someone in USA has gone and launched Facedrink which seems to be designed to surf the success of Facebook.  The Logo, design and slogan ‘the social drink’ are so similar to the social networking site Facebook that a lawsuit would be on its way even before you had the first sip of this drink.

According to Facedrink, it is Trade Marked and describes itself as ‘a sophisticated beverage which provides the social energy that people need to get things done on a daily basis.’

And there were many more including one of Infosys branded samosas being sold in Pune. Techgoss had also published a photo of Nokia branded underwear being sold in India. Every major western brand and Trademark has been used (misused?) without getting official permission.
