With Google Trends, you can compare the world’s interest in your favorite topics. Google Trends also shows how frequently various topics have appeared in Google News stories, and in which geographic regions people have searched for them most.

So, who searched for the word 'Sex' on Google in the last 12 months?

At a Global level, Sri Lanka was No. 1,  followed by Pakistan and India.

At a city level, Lucknow was the most 'Sex Search' starved city followed by Calcutta, Lahore, Pune and Bangalore.  No American or European City is in top 10 City List
