GTSC Talent Night By Bala Shah
Regular readers of Techgoss are well aware that a large number of our articles are crowd sourced. People send in tips, photos, story ideas and even articles. Many of our contributors have full times jobs in IT - ITES, and so prefer using a pseudonym. A Tipster who asked us not to publish his name wrote in
“ The Microsoft India Global Technical Support Centre (IGTSC) is based in Bangalore and was established in October 2003. The centre is an integral part of Microsoft's Customer Service and Support (CSS) organization, which has a presence in the Americas, EMEA, APAC and Greater China. It is a final point of resolution for enterprises that leverage Microsoft technologies in their global networks.
Understandably, most of the GTSC employees have leading edge skill sets and a strong work ethic. They are also paid very well because of their great tech skills.
Microsoft GTSC (Bangalore) conducted its ACE awards and Colors of GTSC talent night on Jan 22, 2012. With the theme ‘Retro to Metro’, teams had great fun dancing and walking the ramp. The Leadership Team made a special appearance that was a huge hit with the crowd. (Photo at the top of this article) “
