Exevo: 6 days paid leave for all
By Annie

New York head quartered Exevo is a leading research outsourcing firm with a huge base in India. Early 2010, it started operations in Beijing as well. Exevo describes its niche as providing comprehensive survey programming, data analytics and business research services to Market Research and consulting organizations globally.  Is clients are in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Founded in 2002, Exevo has offices in London and New York and delivery centres in New Delhi and Beijing, China.  It is a 30 percent employee owned company.

Exevo India is on a roll these days.  In a previous article,  Techgoss had exclusively reported on how most of its staff was given salary raises.  But there is more! A Tipster contacted Techgoss to tell us about how Exevo is giving everyone a 12 day paid Christmas break.  Because their clients overseas would be taking a break, the Exevo management decided to generously send most of their Indian staff on paid leave.

The Exevo staff vacation this year starts on Dec 23, 2010 and will end on Jan 3, 2011. The Company will remain completely closed during this period and no work will be done. The few managers who do have to work can do so from home.

About half of the break is a Christmas gift.  About 5-6 days of the break will be deducted from annual leave.  Needless to add, the employees are overjoyed.
