Genpact Process:  Rs 40000 bonus

Genpact was India’s first BPO and still continues its market leadership position in India.  Genpact has 41,000 employees and earned revenue of $1.1 Billion in 2009. Genpact started life as a Business Unit of GE, but by January 2005 it became an independent company.  Two years later, it was listed on the NYSE. In 2009, NASSCOM ranked Genpact as the No. 1 BPO company in India.

While Genpact is well known as India’s top BPO, it also does substantial computers systems and tech support for overseas clients.  In that sense, it is a tech company as well.

Like in every BPO, different processes at Genpact are paid different salaries, incentives and bonuses.  The Ingenix Process at Genpact is one of its oldest teams and one which has very lucrative rewards.

Ingenix is owned by one of America’s largest insurance and health services company United Health Group.  Ingenix is a research firm which covers every aspect of the services and costs in the multi billion dollar health care sector in USA.  Much of the United Health and Ingenix work is handled by Genpact in Gurgaon.

A Tipster tells Techgoss that the Ingenix Process at Genpact is having a very good Diwali this year.  According to new policies, Long Term Incentives would now be paid every 4 months instead of every six months as in the past.

And huge bonuses have been paid with the October salary making Diwali even brighter at the Ingenix Process.  The top performers (Exceeding Expectations) have been given an additional Rs. 40,000.  Employees who Have Met Expectations (HME) got Rs. 25000.  The rest were given Rs. 15000.  This was over the above the normal incentives.
