Office affair update on Facebook By Techgirl
Teleperformance (TP) is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world. It has about 100,000 employees and revenue of 1,800 mill pounds last year. Established in 1978, its core business spans the full spectrum of CRM/BPO contact center solutions. Teleperformance has a large global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets.
Teleperformance supports a number of clients including Adobe, SanDisk, Alliance One, Telus and Microsoft.
Perhaps, one of the best managed and happy workplace at Teleperformance is its Adobe Support Process at Gurgaon. Its highly skilled workers produce great results every month, and in turn, the performers get great monthly incentives.
On Jan 3, 2011, Techgoss had reported on an inappropriate relationship at the Adobe Process at Gurgaon based Teleperformance. An Adobe Process Assistant Manager Hirak* had a relationship with a junior Sonam*. When the relationship ended after 9 months, a bitterly hurt Sonam posted the following at Facebook: “I’ve loved you with all I had. I’ll not let you go off so easily”. (Image of the Facebook post was posted at the top of the article published on Jan 3). She has resigned her job at Teleperformance and joined one of the most high profile IT-ITES companies in NCR.
More public drama in this love story. The girl Sonam has now let the world know via Facebook that she and Hirak are back together again. Her latest post on the relationship reads
“ Thank you so much handsome for coming back and loving your mymy again… I love you Mera bacha and I’ll never every leave you alone meri jaan.. “
For some reason, they are not aware that such Facebook postings may come back to haunt them later. Or they are and could not care less.
