Nationwide @ Genpact

India's No. 1 BPO (which has KPO and IT divisions as well) Genpact employs more than 56000 professionals in 64 delivery centres around the world to look after more than 600 clients.

A new Financial Process ‘Nationwide’ is scheduled to start at Genpact from July, 2012.

Nearly 40 people from different Departments have been sent for training to UK. They would stay there for 1 month.

The process may grow to as many as 350-400 full time Employees. The processes will include Credit Card Customer Care, Mortgages backend processes and other financial processes.

The Processes for Nationwide will be managed from Genpact Jaipur.

Hiring is already in full swing with the first batch to hit the Floor next month, probably by the second week of July.
