As one of the most successful BPO’s in the world, Genpact is a great place to work – the Office environment is very professional and the pay and perks very good.

Bank / Financial institution Wachovia has been with Genpact since 2006 and it employs about 450 people.  Most of the Wachovia Processes at Genpact are banking back end processes.

One of the most popular Managers at the Wachovia Process, who had risen to become an AVP, Ashoke Mitra, has left Genpact after more than 6 years.  Infosys offered him a salary he could not refuse and he moved over this month.  Ashoke Mitra was a Senior Manager, Operations at the Wachovia Process, Genpact before being promoted to AVP.  He is currently a Lead Client Operations and Services at Infosys.
