BPO TP Adobe win

Teleperformance is one of the biggest BPO’s in the world. It has about 100000 employees and revenue of 541 mill pounds in the last Quarter. Established in 1978, its core business spans the full spectrum of CRM/BPO contact center solutions. Teleperformance has a large global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets.

Teleperformance (TP) India supports a number of blue chip clients including Adobe, San Disk and Microsoft.

I work in a Junior Support role at the Adobe Process at Teleperformance, India.  Teleperformance is a great employer and the Adobe Process one of the best places to work.

Our Adobe Process is growing from strength to strength.

Adobe has just decided to consolidate all its English business to Gurgaon.  Adobe USA will be ramping down the other TP site in Philippines which was also handling Adobe along with Gurgaon.

What this means is that Adobe project in TP Gurgaon, India will almost increase by 100 people and will create more opportunities / Promotions for Adobe employees to move up

This is great news for TP Gurgaon and the Adobe project as it is growing from strength to strength
