“ It has been more than 2 years since Teleperformance started its prestigious Adobe Process which has about 200 seats. While TP has been on its toes to control the attrition in the Adobe Process, there have been some very loyal employees who have been with the Process since Day 1.
It seems that some of the senior most managers have realized and now fully appreciate the value of the employees who have stuck to the Adobe Process despite getting better offers to move to other companies. Teleperformance’s Adobe Process has announced that they will not hire anyone from outside for more senior positions but will instead promote current employees to higher levels. Only Agents will be recruited from outside the Process.
In keeping with this new HR initiative, Adobe has now promoted 4 Assistant Managers including veterans with a good track record like Mr. Singh who was handling Offline Queue and Mr. Pandey and Mr. Khan who were working as Subject Matter Experts in Install Queue. They have also promoted Mr. Joshi to AM-Operations. According to talk around the water cooler, Mr. Manish will also be moved up to the same level.
There has been one big promotion, with the Accounts Manager of Adobe being moved to a different process ‘Sandisk’ as Manager- Operations. Consequently, one of the Senior Team Lead, Mr. Sai Iyer, has been promoted as his replacement. There also have been numerous promotions from Agent level to Subject Matter Experts and many more are in the pipeline
Adobe has taken all these initiatives to retain their best and brightest as they are facing intense hiring competition from organizations like Iyogi, Dell and Honeywell. “
