“ The Adobe Process at Teleperformance has moved quickly to implement the new and tougher elements of the corporate policy for Information Security Management System (ISMS). The ISMS policy, which governs information and security, and applicable to all Agents, Team Leaders and Managers is now going to be changed. The newly promoted Account Manager, Mr. Sairam Iyer, has pushed this policy after observing that a few Team Leaders were sending out emails to their personal email addresses as well as their friend's email addresses. There has been at least one instance where an Employee misused work Email address to take a loan. The bank was given a reference work email which the loan taker had access to and was able to email back to the bank verifying his own details.
Due to all such misuse of the email by a few, Mr. Iyer discussed this with the Senior Management as well as the Teleperformance Global Unit located in United States and they all have decided to track each and every email which is being sent out to a different domain other than Teleperformance. According to the recent email sent out by Mr. Iyer on Aug 23, 2011: "All the email domains have been changed to agent's email and now each and every email address is being tracked. So, refrain sending out emails to other domains like gmail, yahoo and hotmail.” “
