Techgoss Tipsters sent us details of Diwali gifts for other companies as well. Teleperformance India threw a Snacks Party for all employees who came into work on Diwali. Teleperformance did the same thing last year. Last year, every employee was offered 2-3 kinds of snacks which were free for the first helping. You had to pay if you were hungry and wanted a second round of snacks.
Iyogi, on the other hand, came with a new idea which was very popular with their employees. Last year, employee friendly Iyogi distributed Apple I pods, however this year they have distributed smart Laptop Bags branded with the company Logo.
BPO giant Convergys distributed T-Shirts and Chocolate boxes. Last year, there were no gifts and so to keep the employees happy this year, quality gifts were handed out. The Chocolates were imported and the smart black T-Shirts sported the company slogan.
Syntel KPO, which has a tradition of giving a box of sweets, gifted a box of dry fruits instead.
