“ Recently, one of the most admired Indian companies Quatrro suffered a big setback when 49 employees resigned around the same time. The key resignation in this group of 49 was senior manager Apurv Goswami. In the past, he has held key roles in Product Sales and Operations at Quatrro. Mr. Goswami had been with Quatrro for 5 years.
Mr. Goswami is launching his own company. And the 49 staff has resigned to join him. This is a setback as many of these 49 employees – ranging from Agents to Managers – were top performers. Many feel that Mr. Goswami will take his company to substantial success based on his excellent track record.
Mr. Goswami may be setting up his enterprise at the Infinity Towers, Gurgaon
Meanwhile, Quatrro is scrambling to fill up the positions made vacant by these resignations. “ (12/6/2011) |
