Aegis BPO has launched the Pan-India appraisal exercise for the year 2006-2007. All employees who have joined in the last year (on or before 31st December 2006) will be appraised during this cycle. Based on these performance evaluation, Aegis BPO will do increments and promotions effective 1st April 2007.
