Global Vantedge (GVI):  No Air-con To Multi-million Dollars

1) 10th Dec. 2001 = First day at office (based in a residence). Less than 20 people, no transportation, no workstations, no air-conditioning.

2) Dec 2001 – Jan 2002 = Still no transportation, no workstations, no air-conditioning. And then a company sponsored trip to Bangkok & Phuket

3) 5th Feb. 2002 = Training commences. Finally we have a proper office with nearly 50 employees, transport and individual workstations. And yet, no air-conditioning.

4) 18th March 2002 = The pilot kicks off; 1st portfolio-Telecom collections, 32 collectors logged in, $$$ start trickling in. Still no air-conditioning.

5) 10th Apr. 2002 = RCS is now Global Vantedge

6) 15th May 2002 = 2nd Telecom portfolio gets going. Finally, we have air-conditioning.

7) 20th May 2002 = 3rd Telecom portfolio kicks off, registering $5000 Average Payment Size everyday within the first week

8) June 2002 = In addition to collections, we have telecom sales as well

9) 11th July 2002 = We go full steam ahead with the 4th portfolio- Bankcard

10) 15th Aug 2002 = 181 employees and over $6,00,000 in revenue.

11) 15th Nov 2002 = We are into 1st party collections and FALCON starts flying high. . .

12) March 2003 = Robin, the big daddy of collections is launched.

13) Feb 2004 = Australia…here we come….Our first Australian process kicks off- KingFisher…welcome mate.

14) May 2004 = There's no stopping us. We add RoadRunner. Eagle, Bluejay,Condor, Flamingo…and we cross 1000+ employees . . . .

15) December 2004 = Falcon starts its golden run of 28 months in a row being Rank1 …beating 4 US Competitor sites

16) May 2005 = US…Australia…..now UK…..Magpie is launched

17) May 2005 = Falcon is Rank 1 ….6 months in a row

18) August 2005 = Falcon's phenomenal & consistent success leads to the launch of Barracuda (CCRT sales process)

19) December 2005 = Falcon is still Rank 1 …..13 months in a row

20) 2006 = Eagle starts not only meeting targets but beating competitor sites….month after month

21) 2006 = Pelican is launched and hits the ground running

22) 2006 = Falcon is …yes….still Rank 1….Phew

23) July 2006 = Falcon moves into the late stage arena…Deuce (pre charge off) is launched and hits rank 1 ahead of 4 competitor US teams in the 1st month itself

24) August 2006 = Falcon is again Rank 1….21st Month in a row

25) October 2006 = Hard work and dedication pays…Aritran/Vineet are promoted to AVP….they were our top collectors from the first couple of batches way back in 2002

26) 16th February 2007 = As we were on this journey of success and achievements we were identified by the nation's fifth largest BPO Company. And, today we are glad to be a part of AEGIS Family with its presence PAN India. The most awaited day for all of us…we all are a part of AEGIS Family, now.
